That poll is quite bizarre. Not many GOOD choices. My favorite is Planescape: Torment for obvious reasons.

@Frog:planescape is really good, but it's from 1999, so you can't vote for it.

Voted for the Elder scrolls, although Baldurs gate SoA also brought me many hours of gaming fun. Neverwinternights wasn't bad either, but i have yet to finish it. Same goes for Icewind dale 2.

Noooooo, I voted on Divine Divinity but then saw that Elder Scrolls III was on the list.

I always refer to it as Morrowind so I missed one of the best games ever. Well, DD isn't very bad either.

My bad, I missed the "made in 2002" bit. Kinda important. I'm going to have to say Morrowind.

The only two I played are ID2 and Divine Divinity because my computer processes about as fast as old people ****.

I am sure neither were the best though.

Crap! I also missed the 2002-thing, so i voted others(meant BG").

I would have voted for Elder Scrolls 3 otherwise

Actually I can't honestly say any of them is good - some I know not to be and some I don't know anything about (not many though). My favourite RPG ever is still Warcraft 2 - or the way I saw it when I was 13...

    Warcraft as a RPG?
I voted for Morrowind, because I think it combines great gameplay with great graphics.

Nope, warcraft is a fantasy strategy-game. Not an RPG, although some think it to be such.

Warcraft II is actually a fulltime RTS, but it has a very nice sort of RPG climate. It was even referred to as RPS the time it was released. Even though it's 'just' an RTS with only some RPG flavours, it's still my favourite RPG of all time. Warcraft III might continue this tradition, but I don't really know as I haven't played it since I finished the single-player campaigns. However, I enjoyed WC2 campaigns much more. 'Twas a real adventure... at least as much as a PNP game with a creative DM.

My favorite is an oft-un heard of title "Princess Tomato" for the original NES. It was a first person POV game with a very clever combat system based on rock, scissors, paper. Very fun!

Neverwinter Nights were the best of those.
Graphics, the char developement and a pretty good storyline.

Although, not made 2002, BG2 is the greatest game ever. Note: Not best RPG, Best game!

I voted Morrowind. It has everything a good story, good graphics, lots of side-quests, etc. It was just a great overall game.
