    [​IMG] Who thinks it would have been/would be better to simply make a Neverwinter Nights 2 instead of all these expansions.
    I think people are getting ripped off. Please tell me NVN isnt going to turn into another sims...livin large, house party, vacation, makin magic, they went on forever. I dont like the idea. Putting out an expansion every few months when you could have put them all together into a "2". One expansion is enough, thats how it used to be and I think it should stay that way.

    I agree! What's worse is that SOU is hardly an expansion when you have to start over with a lvl 1 character!

    NWN was designed primarily with multiplayer in mind. To make a sequal instead of expansions would be bad for business, your players would play one or the other, not both. For that reason I don't think we'll ever see a NWN2. That's not to say that another DnD game using the Aurora Engine isn't feasible, it'd just have to have a different focus than NWN.
