    I always try to be True Neutral in my real life, because this is the alignment that suits me the most, but no matter what I do I always end up Chaotic Neutral. Well, Chaotic Neutral it is.

    By the description in BG2, I'd say "chaotic good", but then different tests and Torment gives me "neutral good." By the way, why people are choosing chaotic the most often? :hmm:

    @Wirhe: The problem with BG2's description of LG is that it fits a CG character and the other way round. IMHO it takes more than just an independent streak and dislike for oppressive rules to be Chaotic in alignment. CG is a Han Solo kind of personality, IMHO.

    I think the difference can best be explained with a scenario where there is someone kidnapped by a powerful bad guy. Unfortunately, to go after the bad guy the hero must first go through red tape to get a task force assigned to the problem.

    LG: Would wait for the task force so that justice could be served properly.

    CG: Would dash off to save the poor unfortunate immediately, and to hell with the consequences!

    NG: Would decide based on whether or not they think the task force would be too late.
