planar sphere bug

    Hello,
    my BG2 setup is bg2 + tob with latest tob patch. While I was playing the planar sphere quest *beware spoiler*
    Where a messenger appears and tells you that the cowled wizard has a message for you but when you get there you're supposed to be ambushed.
    *end spoiler*
    Well in my game, you see the animation for them teleporting but when the animation ends... no one teleports in and teos still remains in the room. Is there anyway to fix this, I kinda overwrote my autosave and quicksave. Is there anyway to fix this through debug mode or shadow keeper? Thanks in advance.

    SK could probably let you try again by resetting the variable, as could the console. And if that doesn't work, you can always console in the specific creatures and hope they do their thing right.

    Option 1:
    CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("SpawnTeosAssassin","GLOBAL",1)
    Area script should kick in and another Teos will pop in to talk to you again.

    Option 2: (note that these specific creature spawns will put them in specific places on the map, so they wouldn't exactly work in another area)

    Talk to Sergeant Natula (the first one) to start the fight.

    Thanks for the reply, however none of them worked. Option 1, did nothing. Option 2, teos disappears and the fight begins and then I ended it. However after killing them all, teos doesn't come back. is there anyway to skip this through global variables... i'll just cheat the xp and the items. :D

    Ugh. Turns out the first one is misspelled in the area script and I missed that. Assasin rather than Assassin. But it sounds like the second one worked.

    Now Teos not coming back...his script for unhiding requires that he 'detect' you, in addition to the seven creatures being dead. So move around the room a bit; if you remember where he was, start close to there. If that doesn't work, you'll need to zap in another Teos using this code:
    CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("MGTEOS01")
    You'll have to talk to him manually, but things should go from there.

    thanks for the reply... however, when I loaded my game again... with option 2, teos all of a sudden reappeared. Yay for me.
