'Piece of obsidian'

    Where in Gods name do I get this from? I started PST again a week or more ago, and have actualyl stuck with it this time and seemed to have made a bit of progress.

    But, I'm currently well and truly stick in Baator. The Pillar of Skulls told me I need to get a 'piece of obsidian' and cut my tongue with it to create a portal at the botton west of Baator. I've found where the portal is meant to be (Nordom piped up about it, as he does) but I can't for tthe life of me find any obsidian malarkey. Can anyone help?

    And how bloody hard is this game? I don't know if I've rushed through it a bit and not collected enough XP or whatever, but some of these fiends are well hard to fight. I've had a bit of trouble before as well (I rely on Morte far too much to soak up all the damage).

    In the area just before the pillar, if you go to the very bottom left of that map, you can search the rocks and you can get the obsidian and cut your tongue.

    Any specific place? Because that's what I'm saying, I can't get the cursor to change nor matter where I move it along those rocks. Is there something that triggers you being able to pick it up, or use it or whatever?

    If the pillar told you how to leave Avernus, you should get the cursor to change.

    Oh specific bit, is when you go down the path at the bottom left. At the end of that path search at the top bit. Not the very bottom of that bit.

    Once the pillar tells you how to leave baaror go back to the area before the piilar and I quote Dan Simpson.

    The portal out is way over to the left, in the bottom corner. (x 770
    y 2300) When you get close, you get the Portal Dialog that gets you out.

    Once there, go back in and talk to Fhjull again.

    Or, if you still have a previous save, you can always ask about it from the grumpy demon. No need to sacrifice anyone then. ;)

    yeah BA, it's not a bug; TNO has to know about the obsidian (either from Fhjull or the Pillar) before the obsidian shows up on the map. (of course, you're probably way past this point by now...)
