    Pretty basic question but I noticed there are files named "minscx" and "minscy" (same for jaheira and few others) and the pictures are pretty different. Are these some beta stage faces or did they look like that in BG1? Jaheira is damn cute in her secondary pic.. *drowl* but the character and the face won't match anymore after I played Jaheira with the real face for a long time.
    I bought BG1 when it came out, but my PC was too old.. it was just unplayable :( and I never bought it again.

    Yup - one is the BG1 portrait and the other is the BG2 portrait.

    I'm pretty sure that all the portraits are available within Shadowkeeper too. I had to change a few (Imoen & Jaheira) to keep my niece happy as she wasn't too struck on their total facelift from BG1 :)

    omg there's lots of interesting characters there.. I guess I'll have to buy the damn game again and play BG1 after BG2.. hmm.. don't say anything. :)
    But thanks for that link and replies.. all pictures imo have improved, except Jaheira's. Oh well..
