I am playing PST again. The last time I played was when it first came out. I bluffed Splinter into believing TNO a sensate (and maybe TNO was in another life). In the Civic Festhall TNO has an Old Chamber. In that chamber is a locked closet door which none of my party can open by any means. I searched the forum and found no thread. Do I need to find a key or maybe this is just something meant to Torment TNO.

When I attempted to bash the lock I received a message to leave the closet alone. This only adds to the curiosity of it.

I'm betting heavily that you're playing with my mods, because if you weren't the door (like almost all locks) is trivially easy to open.

If you're playing with my UB Expanded Deionarra's Truth mod, that closet is part of a quest. It will remain locked until later in the game when you can play that quest. This is mentioned in the Readme. Note that the items that are in that closet in the vanilla game were moved to the shelf next to it. The closet now only contains stuff related to the new quest.

If you didn't install the Expanded Deionarra's Truth mod, if you're just playing with my Fixpack, then it's just a matter of getting your thief skills high enough to unlock it (or a really high strength, a crowbar would help) or possibly a Knock spell. Almost all locks were of trivial difficulty in the vanilla game which made the Open Locks skill mostly useless, I increased the difficulty of many locks in game to pose at least -some- challenge and make the thief skill/knock spells not totally worthless.

Yes, I installed all the latest Mod versions. I haven't had a problem yet and I'm looking forward to this and all other new quests. Thanks for renewing an old favorite!
