I know projects like ALFA are setting up are quite ambitious but how do they factor in time to all this, its worse then waiting for NWN itself. Are they already designing and scripting this stuff? When they do start releasing it will it be piece by piece of FR?
I havent seen if anybody else has posted this yet so I took it upon myself.

[IMG] This is really one for the DM's to answer; but my understanding is that ALFA have given themselves a month after game release to get their servers up and on-line. They have already figured out who's running which areas (although they haven't shared that with the players yet) and how big each area is going to be in terms of 'tiles'. I would imagine moest of the DMs will have roughed out their areas and have worked out some NPCs and plot ideas. They cannot do much more until they have the game in their hands to get to work with the toolset and scripting. Until then they, like us, have to wait - salivating at each new tidbit that the developers toss our way.
