[IMG] I see the beautiful rainbow in the sky
But now her beauty fills me with fright
The bottle of red wine takes me high
While I wait for the moon at night
The rainbow flirts with clouds and sun
While the moon is there for me
The Rainbow is beauty from which I run
Because only in moonlight I’m free

The sun tries to drown me in her light
The reflection of the moon is all I need
She’s shinning down with all her might
But the promise of darkness keeps me on my feet
Rainbow and sun now fill the sky
But I know I can win this fight
Filled with trust, I will not die
As my moon lit the sky at night

Hmm. Nice. This poem reminded me of Depeche Mode's Waiting for the Night. :) A song I could always relate to.

I'm waiting for the night to fall
    When everything is bearable...

    I like it. Thumbs up!

suggestion: Use your punctuations, so I can read it out loud to myself. The way I read it as opposed to the way Dendri here reads it could be way different, because it reminds me nothing of Depech Mode's Waiting for the Night.

But seriously, excellent use of language and what.

    Poetry is a gift
    to turn hollow words alive
    Into darkness I shift
refleckting in the blade of a knive
for I'm a decipel of the moon
    as the lifless sinners burn
digging for gold with rusty spoon
The beast in its grave shall turn...
