    I have some questions about this game.
    Your link to buy it off of amazon.com said
    it comes out March 2, 2002 and I can pre oder it now. Was there like a beta for this game like the expansion to Diablo2.? Cuase
    Why does the posts on the NWN section seem like people played the game before? did i miss something or am i just getting even more of an idiot by the second?

    Well you must have missed something ;) The March 2002 date is pure speculation from a retailers standpoint. Bioware has never set a release date, and they are still supposedly shooting for Winter 2001, though they have admitted, at least in a forum rundown Darien posted on the front page, that they are behind schedule or there has been a setback or something. Anyway, they have set no release date at all. That just seems a way for retailers like Amazon to entice customers to preorder by making them think they will definately have it by such and such date.

    There is, at this time, no Beta version of NWN. However, there has been plenty released on it's progress so far, so many of the posts from that forum are just going on what has been released thus far and what has been seen by previewers of the game. As far as I know, noone here has gotten their hands on any playable demo, at least they better not have without sharing ;)

    By the way, this is posted in the wrong forum. The site owner and moderators like to keep a clean board, obviously to keep like sujects in their section and avoid confusion. Just a heads up to post subjects about a particular game in that forum less you draw a moderator's ire(sp?). Hope you enjoy the site :)

    [​IMG] The game isn't out for a while yet but the pre-game activity has been going on for 2 years already. People are designing worlds, laying out maps, forming factions to play in those worlds and generaly getting as much pre-game 'feel' as they can.
