PC Game Central has posted an interview with BioWare's Greg Zeschuk. The questions are related to beta testing, system specifications and other general information.

How is development of the game coming along? What is currently being worked on, and what is left to finish?

The game is coming along very well - overall we're very happy with how it's going. The main thing we're working on now is making it fun - the real challenge in making roleplaying games is tuning them to be a fun experience rather than just a direct implementation of a rules system with some content tossed in for good measure.

At the moment what are the system requirements for NWN and what is the projected release date?

[Greg] The minimum system requirements are Pentium II 300 MHz or AMD K6-2 350 MHz, Windows 98/ME/2000SP2/XP, 96 MB RAM, DirectX 8.1, 16 Meg TNT2-class, OpenGL 1.2 compliant, DirectX certified sound card, IPX or TCP/IP via LAN or Internet or Multiplayer via 56k Modem.

    We're planning for a Summer 2002 release.
