WWW Poll: Where will you tune into online for this year’s E3 coverage?

Why should I only pay attention online? I am going to be there as an exhibitor with the RWS team.
Really? Cool. Make sure you come by the BioWare/Pandemic booth and say hi. Or look for the geek in the BioWare gear who looks suspiciously like Comic Book Guy from teh Simpsons. That'll be me. :)

    I beg to differ!

Well, I actually think you make a strong point! However, I think it's possible to make a hard rule: "If any of the Contestants' real identity becomes generally known during the contest, his modules are automatically disqualified."

Now you can tell one or two of your friends in "absolute confidence" who you are, but the more you do so, the higher the risk will obviously be that one or more of them tells other friends of theirs about it, and they again tell even more and so on. I, for one, just wouldn't risk it.

    Cheers! :)
I respectfully disagree with this way of doing it. That rule would make it very easy, not to mention inviting, for even one unscrupulous contestant to find out other contestants' identities and divulge them to the community at large, thereby automatically disqualifying them.

The other side to this is, who's to say what is meant by "generally known"? And if no one's talking, how do you know for sure that "JoeContestant1138" is really nereng, or that JaneWriterHuggybear is MikeBRQ374617345. ;)

And what is meant by "real identity"? If FrankSith665 is revealed to be Dennis Woo, what does that mean? There's no Dennis Woo registered in the community or known to be a member of the community, but what if someone makes the connection that Dennis Woo is the brother of Stanley Woo? Are we talking about forum identities or real-life identities?

In short, I just don't think something like this would be really fair.
