Must re-fill removed character slots to play?

    Remove all ads!
    I play in multi-player so I can make my own characters if I want/need to. I've found that if I remove someone while in the character add/remove screen I have to add someone else into that spot. For example, I have 5 characters and I go into the screen to change/add/remove characters and remove one (or more) then I have no choice but to re-fill those spots in order to continue. I can't get the game to let me switch back to the game if I don't. The only option is to "Leave game". "Start game" is grayed out.
    I DON'T have to fill any slots that were available to begin with though.
    Does this make sense? Or am I just babbling?

    Uncheck the checkbox next to the player name, then click on the name of the character and choose delete.

    I've done that. That's the only way you can delete them isn't it?

    I'm not entirely sure, but I think you can remove them from your party also by kicking them out of the party in-game (through the character screen).

    You should be able to get rid of them by going to your Record screen and clicking the "reform party" button. Though you might be unable to tell them to wait/recruit them again for your party at a later point.
