MotB - regarding Kaelyn the Dove

    Her two siblings are they supposed to stay with her and the party? It's seems sort of overpowered when you have a fully buffed and hasted party accompanied by three Planetars so kinda thought I might be experiencing a bug, but who knows :p.

    Eh? When I played (a couple of times actually), her siblings never joined the party. AFAIK Kaelyn doesn't let them join.

    Kaelyn asked me to release her siblings from their promise to help me against the Okku's spirit army, but I refused and they joined me outside the walls and have stuck around ever since.

    That's interesting. I thought I read somewhere that she wouldn't let them; I must be mistaken. I never tried to keep them though, so I couldn't tell you how long they are supposed to stick around. I would imagine it was only supposed to be for the battle with Okku, but I don't know.

    Yeah, it's kinda weird. They bug up often too: when I load saved games they'll sometimes have hostile duplicates of themselves standing there. The duplicates don't attack by themselves, but if I ain't quick to pause and issue the "real" siblings to follow me instead of guarding me they will initiate combat with the hostile duplicates (who are unkillable :rolleyes:).

    Researched it a little and can confirm that it is indeed a bug, which sadly has no solution except for either kicking kaelyn (well doesn't really 'fix' anything, but the brother and sister goes where she goes so) out of the party or going back to a reload before the fight against Okku. So guess I'll just have to live with them, although I'm going to have them just stand ground whenever I enter an area; two unkillable, deva summoning celestials are just a little too much :p.
