How difficult would it be? I know Tutu took ages to iron out the bumps, and Icewind Gate will never be finished unless someone writes a new engine.

But how much work are we talking? Is it just a lot of manually reinterpretting stuff like changing creatures classes and hitpoints to work with 3e rules? Lots of changing and updating triggers?

I have a bachelors degree in computer science and information systems, so I'm not afraid to get down and dirty. But how long will I be down and dirty for?
