Is there a way to get a half-orcs INT up to 19?

    Remove all ads!
    That way he can learn ALL spells instead of just 18?
    The max Int a half-orc can start with is 16.
    I know you can get it up to a 17 using the Tome of Clear Thought in BGEE and then you can get it to 18 using the Machine of Lum the Mad, but what about getting it up to 19?

    The Star Card from the deck of many things grants +1 Intelligence to Mages(any combination) and Sorcerers. Also the Golden Ioun Stone boosts you intelligence by 1 while worn.

    As far as learning spells is concerned, you can always save up your potions of Genius/Mind Focusing, then pop one whenever you want top learn a bunch of spells.

    As was said before, the deck of many things can add another INT point for mages and sorcerers. Bonuses from worn items don't count towards spell scribing, I'm pretty sure, but potions of genius and mind focusing do.
