    Which merchant in Athkatla do you sell those one charge wands you find in Irenicus' dungeon so that when you buy them back they have 50 charges to. Pretty sure its in Waukeens Promenade but I don't remember exactly...

    I've never had a problem recharging wands by selling to any merchant. Pick the nearest one that will buy them as long as you have the cash to buy them back. The Adventurer's Mart works fine in vanilla - I don't play EE, so if they changed this dynamic, feel free to ignore everything I have said. :p

    As far as i know any merchant should suffice - i'm 100% certain i used to be able to recharge my wands at Bernard at the copper coronet in the past.
    Don't have the time to test it out, but i can still recharge wands at shops in BG1:EE, so i see no reason why they'd have removed the option to do so in BG2:EE.

    I like using the one in the Thieves guild, you can sell and steal them back over and over for unlimited gold.
