    If this is the first satellite launched by a muslim country, then what was the satellite launched by Malaysia some years ago?

    If Malaysia is not a Muslim country, then why America treated us so? Then why U.N. said we are one of the Islamic terrorists training grounds? Why?

    The Iranian mullahs had a problem with Israel for two reasons:</font>
    • Israel was a big sponsor and cooperator with the toppled Shah, especially in intelligence, providing training to his renowned secret police.
    • Also, Israel was cracking down on Shiites in Lebanon diring their occupation of that land in the 1980s.
    You have to look at things in their historical context.

    I wonder how many teams of Arab origin the Israelis would allow into Israel to help if there had been a major earthquake in Haifa? or Iranians? or any other muslims for that matter?

    Would the US allow a few hundred Yemeni and Saudi experts in rescue and/or explosives to help in the next Californian earthquake?

    Good point. Iran considers Shia Islam as the only "true" form of Islam. Of course, the Sunni think the same thing.

    Don't you love the Middle East.... :)
