For your noblest unselfish act, i will echo every single of your argument in this forum, even if it's aganist my own view.

    So, here's the problem.
i am trying to play this ps1 game (FF9) on my pc with ePSXe (emulator). i have problem running the game. The game runs tooooooooooo fast even when i adjust the frame per second to 1. The best way to solve the problem, http://www.ngemu.com. The only problem, "Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address". i live in a dorm and i've just moved in 2 months ago. i have tried "To contact the administrator click here". However it only brings me back to "ban ip address, click here", and the cycle continues.

So, i need someone to help me contact the admin of that board to mail me at teekc@iastate.edu.

    that is all.

edit. ok, my little graphic problem is solved. but i still need to access the board. Thus my offer stands still.

Why bother with NGemu's board specifically? Can't you just find another board? The admin made a mistake; it's his problem. But if you seriously want to contact them, maybe the following address can help:

i click the "message them" link and it takes me to " Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To contact the administrator click here" and i click again, and it takes me to " Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To contact the administrator click here" and i click again and it takes me to " Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To contact the administrator click here" and the cycles continues.

the same situation when i choose to contac them via
1 - contact admin click here
2 - contact us link at the bottom

it seems that my ip has been banned by the whole domain.

Then use a proxy or a public computer. You could even call your ISP to change your IP, since -obviously- the old user has done something that is detrimental to you. Plus, there are several online-services like "Surf Anonymously" that only require you to fill in an address (a lá Google) and off you go.

IP-bans aren't such a problem if you really want to get there.

Contact your dorm's system admin and explain the situation to him and ask him to assign you a new IP.
