    There's indeed a belt in the sewers with the option to increase Constitution once a day to 18 for 8 hours. For this is an temporary effect it doensn't give more hit points when leveling up.

    Girdle of Fortitude gives con 18 for 8 hours/day. That's all I can think of.

    I think it doesn't improve your saving throws...
    I had the thing on Aerie and when she used it (she had something like 10 constitution) it, she got more hitpoints, about 15 or something, pretty cool for a mage, if you ask me...!
