I caught a virus while surfing the net. This is a first for me. I have norton antivirus but it couldn't stop it or anything but tell me. Virus name JS Exception.Exploit Virus.
How do you normally get rid of a virus?

Well, since I've never had even a single virus in my computer (don't even have an anti-virus software hehe but I basicly just use linux) I can't help you there.

But to steer clear of virii in the future, stay away from internet explorer and microsoft exchange (the email program ?) Use opera and eudoramail for ex. And safest of all, remove or disable the visual basic runtime dlls, but not really necessary :) Good luck

[IMG] I haven't had a virus in 3 years...until last week when I had 2! Grrr. Get anti-virus software and have it run a scan. That did the trick for me.
