How do I get in to a multiplayer game?

    [​IMG] I can never get on to a multiplayer game.What type of game do I need; tcp/ip, ipx, modem, or serial? Please tell me, I'm getting desperate

    Online/internet use Tcp/ip or Modem

    On local networks I use ipx.

    But explain in more details about the problem(s)

    When someone else has a server, you choose for TCP/IP and then connect to the IP-number of the person that has the server.
