HotU - The Mad Bomb-Maker area? (help please)

    In Undermountain, in the southern area where you fight the pixie queen chick (one of the two factions fighting for control of the top level), in the lower right portion of the map, there is a door that can only be unlocked by focusing the beams from all 3 statues on the door and basically blowing it up. During this process, a series of "bomber skeletons" will jump in out of nowhere and explode if you don't kill them within a few seconds.

    I've gotten the door open, but on the map it appears that across the lake of lava right there is an area called "Bomb Maker's Sanctum" or something. This area is in the upper-right hand side of the map. I have part of it revealed on my map, but can't find a way to get to it.

    How do I get there? I hate leaving things undone. :grr:

    Check out all the walls near the rooms to the entrance to that level. There are a ton of secret doors and you will eventually find the connecting rooms to get to where the bomb-maker is.

    Ditto what Dragonfly said, although I have to add, I couldn't find the secret door with my paladin, but my rogue was able to pick it up.

    The door leading the bombmakers room may have an insanely high skill check.

    In any case, just go to the northeast corner and go into "detect mode." If you can find it, you will.

    side note: during the combat I was amused to see Deekin running away from one of the bomb skeletons chasing him around the room.
