    I drink the stuff about once every three months. I like going to specialty coffee stores and getting the white hot chocolate.

    We had a very cold and snowy winter, and there's nothing better than coming in from sledding and warming up with a big mug of hot chocolate! My little boy hadn't had any before, and he REALLY enjoyed it - especially the mini marshmallows. ;)

    Mmmm I can smell it right now.

    I always get confused between chocolate milk and hot chocolate. I think it's because I used some of that Nestle Quick :confused: chocolate syrup stuff that you mix with milk when I was a kid. And now I can't tell the difference between them.

    Now I use chocolate powder and stir it with hot water. What brands do you recommend?

    MMm... hot chocolate. I like my hot chocolate done so that the powder is mixed with hot milk. Truly tasty. And with a bit og whipped cream... heaven.

    I make it from scratch, mixing Dutch-processed cocoa powder and sugar with milk then heating it with the steaming wand of our espresso maker until it's good and frothy. I also like to add a touch of vanilla and cinnamon for a little kick.

    If I have to use instant, Ghiardelli's.

    Mmmm...
    Mix cream, cacao, sugar and VOILA!
    Then of course, if you REALLY want chocolate milk or hot chocolate just add some warm milk and pour it into a cup of your choice.
    But you can also just skip the milk...
    Thats what I do... :)

    I love it! I love chocolate in general. But the hot choco I drink isn't powdered. It's a hard bitter disc made from the plant. Drop into water and boil. Add sugar and milk. I think I'll go and get some now. :D
