WELL, THEY GO IN THE PORTRAITS FOLDER LOCATED IN YOUR ICEWIND DALE 2 DIRECTORY!!! IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN, THERE ARE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO THIS IN THE README FILE THAT CAME WITH THE GAME!!! THE IWD2 MANUAL REFERS TO THIS AS WELL!!

Also, unless you want the moderators to pounce upon you like ninja, do take care to read the guidelines of our forums before posting. Particularly the very first line, which reads:
That said, welcome to the boards.

[IMG] Woah, keep it down the caps there boy! You too DeathRabbit ;)

As DR said, they go into your [Portraits] folder in your Icewind Dale II directory. If there isn't one, create one.

Create a "Portraits" folder in yout Icewind Dale II folder generaly C:bad:Program File\Black Isle\Icewind dale II. Make sure your portraits file meet the requirement (those are said in Manual) and has "S" for small portaits and "L" for the large portraits at the end of each, they should be *.bmp file too. Then load your game go to Customize in your character screen and then choose your portraits. For a new games when selecting your portraits select "Custom" at the button.

    Hope that will help!

and Welcome in Board 'O Magik

All That said, Make sure you have 2 versions of Each Picture to make a Single Portrait.

An Up-close (Usually a Face Shot) Aka Small Picture

And a full shot of the pciture, aka, Large Picture

For Example, within my portraits folder, i have one set,

    ChinkL And ChinkS

(Piccy looks asian, i look asian.. It's legit.. ^_^ )

The Customization menu askes for the large picture and the small picture seperately, hence the Tagging of L And S, so you can personally Know which one is Which..

Have fun with your Customized Piccy's!!
