Hello and looking for a RP group

    On another note, I dusted my D&D books off the shelf the other day and I wasn't quite sure if I could post this in the Roleplay Corner. I'm currently wanting to start roleplaying again but nobody local is interested in D&D. If anyone is interested in running a campaign or already has one on the go then I'd love to get involved.

    Actually, this is exactly the kind of post that fits RC (or the D&D forum, depending on what you intend to do). I can move it there if you want... I presume you're looking for a group for online play?

    Well, if you'd like to play online in our RC forum, this should go into the RC forum. But if you're looking for a group to play online somewhere else (IRC, some other site, etc.), it's in the right place. So you have to clarify some more...

    Okay, well I'm looking to replace the D&D/IRC roleplaying sessions I had with Rotku, Oaz and Meatdog about a year ago in #sp_mm.

    Saying that, it doesn't have to be D&D, but it's the system i'm most familiar with. Freeform online roleplay (like most of the RC afaik) isn't really what I'm looking for. Hope that clarifies it somewhat.

    Are there people who have enough time to play over IRC or another program, and are looking for recruits? I had a group that used Screenmonkey but the DM had a hardware issue... so right now I'm reduced to PbP-ing at "Giant in the Playground" and I am feeling a little bored.
