Hey I just bought this great game Hack: Infection. and with it followed this great anime short storie taking place in the world of hack. to does of you that don't know what hack is, it's a game that takes place in the very near future (2006 or something), where you as a player is part of a MMORPG called the world, but something isn't right in this game, people a going in coma of playing this game and a virus seams to have infected the world, you, the player are by accident given the power to hack the game. so you set out to find out what is coursing all the comas and the virus...

now the cool part about this game, is it is very free, you get numerous of players which whom you can form teams with and set out to solve quest or just go to dungeon adventures with.
second to that, the story(so fare) is great, and even cooler, when you have finished Hack: infection, you can carry your players over in the sequel Hack: mutation, where players from the anime Hack: signs will join up. (his by the way made me buy Hack: signs, which is one of the best animes i have seen).

now i just wanted to know if anyone else has played the game or seen the anime. and if you have played the game, share your thoughts and advice about it, I'm not that fare yet. lol and i would love to know have you use a wavemaster, as far as i can see, they don't do anything.

I've been toying with the idea of buying this game for some time. The Anime is great. But I was just a bit apprehensive about the game as I didn't want it to let the Anime down. Sounds really good though. Think I might buy it.

personally i don't think it lets the anime down, ad least not so far, i mean its very good for a playstation rpg, of course it's no bg, but it has it little twists and it lets you have some choices. and the story is not very linear. plus you get to feed grunties :p

I get to feed grunties eh...nice. Having read up on it on the net and reading your views on it, it definitely looks like a game i'd enjoy. If another Anime fan likes it, that's good enough a reason for me to buy it ;)
