Jaheira. Every time I have to choose between the three ladies, I just can't turn her down.

In my opinion, Aerie is the best NPC character for several reasons.

    1) Give her a belt of giant strength, a point in the usage of warhammers, and the Crom Faeyr hammer, Robe of Vecna, the Helm of Glory, the Amulet of Power, the Shield of Harmony +2, and hocus-pocus, you get a very strong cleric/mage who is very awesome.

Another character I think is another great NPC is Nalia. Give her some elven chain mail and one of these short bows: Tansheron's Bow +3, Tuigan Bow +1, or Short Bow of Gesen. Next, give her the ability to wield katanas, and give her Dak'kon's Zerth Blade (it gives her more mage spells, but only when equipped), and finally, after giving her Belt of Inertial Barrier, you again get another excellent character.

Imoen is a very good character as well. Again, give her some elven chain mail (elven chain mail lets you use wizard spells, even while wearing it). Next, give her the Short Sword of Backstabbing and after making able to use ninja weapons and two-weapon fighting, equip her with the Scarlet Ninja-To +3. Now, you have an amazing thief/mage who would make Gorion very proud.

Just how do you do the last bit? The scarlet ninja-to is monk-only weapon, and unfortunately Immy can't get an HLA. Plus, with 1 level in 2-weapon fighting, her penalties would be quite bad outside of Tenser's.

Doh! I meant to say, "after making her able to fight with two weapons, then equip her with the Boneblade +4 dagger in her off-hand, once you get it that is." My mistake, sorry.

To solve this problem, here's a hint: Use the ShadowKeeper. I've found that the ShadowKeeper is very reliable and quite useful.

The characters I don't like are:
Edwin (Although his dialogues are down-right funny when he turns into a woman!): I killed him in Baldur's Gate I! Why is he back from the dead?

Viconia: Sorry to all the Viconia fans out there, but I'm afraid to say that I don't like her! It's not that she's a dark elf (I'm a huge Drizzt fan ;) ), it's because I can stand her constant put-downs towards my character and the other NPCs! I find that very annoying!

Bodhi: I hate vampires! (Maybe because I've played too many Castlevania games) Enough said.

Irenicus: I just plain don't like him! He's evil, manical, cruel, heartless, piece of...well, you get the picture.
