Game crashing when I use explosions?

    [​IMG] Ok, I'm at the Dragon's Eye and every single time I throw off a fire oil or an explosion potion at something, my game locks up and I have to reboot my entire computer.

    I've just REinstalled the patch located here on SP. Any suggestions? Or am I just doomed to equip a dozen burning hands to finish off all those trolls?

    On an unrelated topic, the mod that places Ammo belts, bags of holding, scroll cases and gem bags doesn't seem to work. all errors. But when all else fails I don't really need them.

    Edited: Here's the error when I firebomb something. "An Assertion Failed in CGameEffect.cpp at line nmber 18892"

    [​IMG] All mods come with a txt listing the author's mail along with installation instructions. If something doesn't work, let him know so he can fix it and send an updated version to SP.

    guess I'll try that then. However, most mod makers are notoriously swamped with emails about their mods. So I seriously doubt any real response anytime soon...

    Was hoping someone here had already solved it.

    But I guess it can't hurt to pry open the horses mouth. I'll just wear a breath mask.

    Do you have HoW installed. I'am not sure but I believe you have to have that installed to get that mod to work.

    Yeah, version 1.1 of Ease-of-Use pack requires HoW. I'll make a restricted support for IWD without HoW in the next version of my pack.

    however, will that help the crash from using explosions?
