I didn't know that, I know three other xenforo powered forums that can sticky an individual post within a thread such that it always appears as the top post. Spacebattles, Sufficient Velocity and the adult-themed Questionable Questing. Oddly enough both SV and QQ split off from Spacebattles, the former because of disagreements with the mods, the latter because SB forbids adult content and after the umpteenth time to be told "go elsewhere" they created an "elsewhere" to post their lemons and lewds.
In any case all of them let the mods "sticky" a specific post in a thread so it appears at the top of every page.

Sorry for making assumptions since this also uses Xenforo.
