    What is the name of the program to open the mods with? Can't seem to install the Mazzy mod, others work.

    IMHO, 7zip is the best free program to open compressed archives. Opens .zip and .rar just fine, as well as as .7z files which is their own compression format.
    No need to register or pay for it, and no popup screaming that your 30-day trial has run out either.
