Ferros TOEE character editor v0.8 (unofficial release)

    After posting on the official TOEE Atari board,
    Kharmakazy sent me the source code for v0.8 of the excellent (discontinued) editor.

    I have sent the source code and recompiled/rebuilt executable for version 0.8 of the editor to the sorcerer's place. Hopefully, we'll see it posted in TOEE's editor section soon.

    Here's what's new in v0.8:

    Removed feats that are not in the game (in progress).

    That's all the info I could find on what's changed from v0.7 to v0.8.

    I converted the project from Visual C++ 6.0 to Visual C++ .Net 2003. I plan on tweaking some stuff that I didn't like about the editor and hopefully make it more stable and perhaps add new functionality in the future.
