I guess it's that time. Are networks showing new seasons yet? I'm mostly concerned about CBS.

 

ESPN had Monday Night Football last night -- TWO games.

 

NHL Training Camp starts September 13. I'll wait until I hear whether a show is good or garbage before I decide to get interested. Too many times I've liked a show then have it get canned after half a dozen episodes...

 

Just watch the Office and call it good... wait, you need CBS stuff, hmmm.

I supposed I could watch CBS, but I'm lazy and there's nothing on it that I want to watch on a daily basis. I just don't want to eagerly tune in on Thursday for CSI and find out it's still in reruns.

I took my life into my hands and went to the CBS website. OMG, it was actually *helpful*! CSI starts Sept. 27 and Shark got moved (re: kiss of death) to Sunday.

Do you really think someone who's nick is synonymous with "crazy" can be trusted to tell the truth? Fall and autumn are interchangeable in most of the world.

 

In North America only. Another one of those changes for 'individuality'. It's not the Queens English, it's just normal.

 

Not over here... here, Fall is normal.

There are a couple shows that look interesting, but I forget the names

 

What I'll be watching:
Prison Break: Sept. 17 (Order of The Stick returns on the same day, yay!).
Family Guy: Sept... Giggidy... 23 ...Giggidy.
South Park: Oct. 3. Sweet.

Still a year before Star Wars animated TV series, and two years before the real TV series. Bugger.

 

autumn, fall. we dont get that over here in southeast asia. there's only 2 kinds here: wet season and dry season :/

 

Lol, it's just easy winding them up mate. I couldn't give a damn what they called it, but you can always rely a bite when you have a joke about the yanks.

 

The Office is the only show I regularly watch. My wife likes Dancing With the Stars and I'll probably watch it because I want to see Helio Castroneves dance.

 

Tomorrow night (9/19) starts "Back to You" -- Kelsey Grammar and Patricia Heaton in a show sounds promising (FOX though).

 

Eureka started in July. Now we're waiting for NCIS, Dresden Files, House, and Heroes, in addition to the ones kuemper has already reported. Oh, and "Desperate Housewives", too.

 

As I understand, Sci Fi stated on August 3rd that there would be no season 2 for the Dresden Files.

 

is Eureka any good? I see it on sometimes on tv but it looks incredibly lame.

Only shows I'm waiting on are Heroes and Entourage (although it's been out for quite a while already).

Going to start The Office and maybe The Sopranos from the beginning too.

 

@IS: Thanks for the sad news. At least we won't be sitting by the TiVo waiting now.

@Enag: Eureka is a can't-miss in our house. You're right that there's serious potential for lameness there, but they've got a good crew of script writers who keep it from getting too silly.
