Extremely Annoying Crossroads Issue

    Okay, so I've spoken to Iselore who's told me to go to Chult through the portal, but when I go to the portal at one of the roots of the tree, there's no special icon the cursor changes to to allow me to click on it. I've tried clicking all over the portal and nothing happens. I've never had this problem before, and I've played through twice in the past. Does anyone think they can help me? I've installed the patch, which does nothing.
