    Seems that the soldiers/national guardsmen aren't spouting the party line when it comes to the timing of the removal of those explosives in Iraq. Can't say I am surprised.

    How strange that this didn't break earlier... not that it would have mattered, of course.

    Poor schmucks on the front line - my heart goes out to them. Most of them are probably my age or younger and probably as destitute, which is worse.

    It wouldn't have mattered at all in an election when a war was put aside for vague terms like "Morals" and "Values".

    Except, it's not really vague in their mind. Consider that, generally, these are people who believe abortion to be the murder of a child. That's not vague by any stretch of the imagination
