    - Spells

    Charm and Sleep:

From what I have observed, it appears that elves and half-elves resist sleep and charm *spells*, rather than the effect itself.

    Elves *immune* to charm spells
Half-elves resist charm spells (not affected by charm spells) approximately 40% of the time.

    Sleep resistance is inconsistent!

    Colour spray:

Elves resist approximately 35% of the time.

    Half elves do not resist

Command: Neither elves nor half elves resist.

    Attack bonuses

Elves receive a +1 to hit with long swords and bows
Halfings receive a +1 to hit with thrown weapons and slings

Elves are also immune to raise dead.

Little races should get +1 bonus to some saves for each 3.5 con they have and not flat +3. Did you test it with characters with other con than 11-13 ?

    Wow, you're good!

I tested all the saving throws for a thief with 13 in all stats except charisma (which I dumped excess points in to).

I tried again with a constitution of 18, and the difference in saving throws between a halfing and human is a massive five points! That's huge.

The only minor discrepancy here is that 13/3.5 = 3.71, which one would think would round up. Therefore small races with 13 constitution should get a +4 to saves, instead of +3. Unless the number if rounded down.

[IMG] It also says those are the statistics with a third party fix pack for the BG stats remember.

Also BG and IWD did have some differences in rules, the games are balanced in slightly different ways.

Actually that was only for the BG elven blood.

The workings of IWD elven blood are supposed to be taken from an unmodded game's mechanics.
