    Ok, first I do not know if this has ever being post before but I could not find anything about this, so if there was or is something out there, sorry in advance. :o

    So, my question is that, if am not wrong on ad&d rules (also I don't know much about ad&d :( ) barbarian is actually a fighter kit, not a class on it own, anyway it's possible to have barbarian/wizard or any other combination on ad&d or not; also is there combination different that BG2 doesn't offer but does exist on ad&d.

    What about the different kit that you can find on mods, are they "real" or not?

    Though Barbarian is supposed to be a kit by 2e rules, the game engine treats it like a separate class. As for the other kits, I can only confirm if I find that they are; give me a list and I'll see what I can find.

    @Felinoid, do you want list of the new kits, or the combinations?

    The restrictions for dual combos are pretty simple.
    </font>
    1. At least 15 in every primary stat of the previous class
    2. At least 17 in every primary stat for the new class.
    3. Classes cannot belong to the same group (Warrior/Wizard/Priest/Rogue). In other words, no fighter/paladins, cleric/druids, or thief/bards.
    4. No kits on new classes.
    Some things aren't allowed by alignment restrictions (no Paladin/thief because thieves can't be LG) but everything else is fair game.

    Multi combos are pretty much what you see in the game, but you can only take a kit if it's one for your specific multi. (Spellfilcher for an elven M/T, for example.)

    Kits are a dime a dozen. I can tell you which ones come from the rulebooks, but really it's up to the DM to allow or disallow any custom kits. Uber-powered ones usually get cut.

    If you've got a combo or kit you aren't sure about, just list them and I'll tell you what I find.
