DST Kicked My Arse This Year...

    Normally I don't mind it, but this year, I was exhausted all day with the switch to daylight saving time. I wasn't tired as normal, so I stayed up later than normal, and then getting up at 5:30 this morning - which is normal for me - but my body felt like it was 4:30.

    So tired... and totally unproductive today.

    We won't be switching until the last weekend of March so I have something to look forward to. Daylight Saving Time should be banned by law! :nolike:

    Well, I get why they do it. In June, if there was no DST, the sun would rise a little after 4:00 AM. As it is, it still rises a little after 5:00 AM. (I love June. It's the one month of the year where the sun rises before I rise.)

    Waking up on Monday was just awful. I live across the street from work, so I normally get up at 7 and am in by 8.

    This past weekend, though, I was visiting my family out of town so I had to take the 6:22 train on Monday which meant waking up at 5:20... which felt like 4:20. Just awful, I tell ya.
