Doing the Du: Week 12

    Well, folks, not all that much to say about the last week's training. As a recover week, it wasn't really all that hard. Managed to make every training day though, which makes me happy. After doing quite a bit of research, I've modified my weight training program as well. Still doing 3 days a week, but the exercises have been changed slightly. Largely focussing on compound exercises.

    I guess that as I don't have anything else to say about it, here are the coming week's times:

    Running - 100 minutes
    Biking - 180
    Bricks - 2

    I should probably point out that this is the second stage of base training now. Times will continue increasing and the effort in each session will likely have to be greater. Additionally, the mesocycle is now Build/Build/Recover. It'll be interesting to see how this all feels.
