So some guys are set up for a DUI arrest by a private detective. A whistleblower blows the whistle and uncovers some widespread corruption. Pretty eye-opening.

The thing I want to know is: What was the guy (David Dutcher) thinking? Just look at him!

Well, you're right that guys like him are not normally in a position to find themselves being ogled by former Vegas showgirls. And that perhaps, he should have figured something was up. That said, while it certainly was entrapment, I think he's going to have a hard time of this in court, as he actually was under the influence at the time he was pulled over. Then again, the officer was in on it too.

No - he's going to have no problem at all with regard to the criminal charges. They're dropped. It's the issue of going to undo his divorce settlement that should be intriguing. His position is that his ex hired a guy that entrapped him and the resulting fallout caused him to sign a disadvantageous agreement. To me, the real issue is going to be whether he can show that the ex knew what was going on (she obviously said she did not). If she did, then he has a chance, if not, I don't think he does.

I read this in the paper -- my reaction was that guys will delude themselves into thinking some amazing things if the woman is hot enough.
