#Deranged Ramblings #5 - The Great Garbage War

    24 RPG finished! (see previous blog entry for details). I managed to get it done in 12 hours (14 was my goal) and I'm really quite pleased with the result.

    Ended up, through mixing Wall-E and Mars Attacks!, with a light hearted Sci-Fi sort of game, where a bunch of fat people, after returning to a garbage filled earth, now have to defend it from a bunch of eco-friendly Martians, who just love using those Rayguns of theirs.

    The system is basic, relying on three stats between 0-3 - Yourself, Your Hoverchair and Your Robot - to form a dice-pool of six-sided dice, with 5 and 6 counting as successes.

    Hm. Sounds interesting; unfortunately I can't get to it from work so I'll have to wait until I get home to check it out. I wasn't sure what exactly the output from that contest would look like... :)
