A number of changes are scheduled for Update 4.2: Searing Heights. Check out the changes to the monsters:

[*] Razor cats have a coat that is covered with a combination of sharp spines, bone-like blades, and fine quills. As a result, anyone who hits a razor cat in melee combat is at risk of being injured by these spiky projections. For every successful melee hit, the attacker must make a reflex save or be injured by the spikes. This effect was always intended to be used with the razor cats but has not been working properly. Consequently, razor cats are currently significantly easier than their CR 10 / CR 13 numbers would indicate. This will be fixed in update 4.2 so get ready to try some new strategies when fighting these foes.
[*] The fire elemental's Aura of Flame has been fixed. It can no longer be blocked by spell resistance.
[*] NEW – Duergar barbarians, bandits, and bards had their alignment corrected. They are now Neutral Evil instead of Lawful Evil.
[*] NEW – Higher level wights and ghouls (CR 10 and above) will be able to use their innate abilities like level drain and disease on more of their attacks, rather than only doing these on their "rear back and jump forward" attack. This makes them more like their pen and paper counterparts and will make them a little more challenging. Players will of course still get their saves to resist these effects.

The in-game support interface is also getting a little makeover:

Players will continue to have access to the same resources currently available. When selecting the HELP ('?') option on the toolbar you'll be taken directly to the FAQ tab, where you can view popular items in the DDO Knowledge Base and search through all available articles. On the HINTS tab, you can review all the available in-game hints in one convenient place. Should you need to submit a bug, use the form found on the REPORT A BUG tab to send our QA team all the necessary details. Of course, if you need to speak with a GM, you'll find the NEW TICKET tab looks very similar to the current ticket page. From here, select the available category that matches your issue, enter your description, the first name of a player being reported (if applicable), and submit!

Read the rest of the Update 4.2 changes here, and more details about the interface change are available here.
