    I read the link you gave. Sure he made a huge mistake, but he acknowledged it. He obviously didn't think this through beforehand but I wouldn't call him an idiot nevertheless.
    Acknowledging the fact that you were wrong and made a mistake isn't stupid.

    He still should have done his research when making political comments... I doubt he would be so forgiving if an Irish person made a similar comment in the US with Islamic terrorists as opposed to the IRA.

    As for Dave's tolarence, well I read a while ago (don't have the link) that after 9/11 he said at some US concert, the entire middle east should be turned into 'a big ****in glass factory' and now that he has found Jesus, he refuses to play with bands such as Rotting Christ at European festivals.

    It's just stupid to make a statement on the subject, especially after hearing 'a conversation' about it.

    Well done, you're qualified to judge the situation.

    @Cúchulainn

    I would guess Mustaine refuses to play with Rotting Christ because they are a better band than his collection of has-beens.

    The worst song off of "A Dead Poem" (and there really isn't one) is better than anything he's ever written/performed.
