    I know I haven't used it yet, and I've had dialogue options (with Sensates) where I tell them I'm a Godsman.

    No, it's not equipped right now (although I am able to equip it, and still do not get the "Use" button).

    I placed it in a quick item slot (that wheel you get from right clicking on the main screen) and it worked there. Thanks!

    Yea, I vaguely remembered it had something to do with equipping, but it's placing it in the quick item slot. I'm glad you figured it out.
