As per the instructions that come with the download ;) -

"1. Unzip all these files into your Overide Directory. This is located in the same directory as your Torment.exe file. (example: c:bad:program files\Black Isle\Torment)

    2. Run the game. THAT'S IT!!"

To be fair that is a bit confusing. What it means is you find the Torment.exe file (you can use the 'Start/Find/Files or folders' option on windows). Open that directory. In that directory you will see various other directories (cache, save, music, etc). One of them is the override directory. You want to put the unzipped Annah and Morte files in there. Do be careful though as many unzip utilities will create yet another director within the overide one and put the files in that. If that happens, cut and paste them back directly into the override directory. I'm confusing myself now. Trust me its much easier than I have managed to make it sound. Sorry.
