    If I'm a cleric/ranger with an 18 Con how many bonus HPs will I get per level?


    What about if I bump it to 19?

    Are the Con HPs added AFTER the normal HPs are cut in half for each level/class?

    For some reason I remember getting the full warrior bonus even when I had a multi-class. Did they fix that in the EE version (which I have never played)?

    Yes, in the EE the game properly uses the highest con modifier depending on what class it is you're leveling in.
