All right... my computer has gone crazy. The screen resolution is off, as in, I can't get it changwe from ¨16-color (!), bad-horrifd-evil resolution; keeps tellin gme that I have to re-boot but weach time I reboot, no matter in which manner, Scandisc runs and tells me the shutdoqwn was erroneeous (or however it is said in Englis) and not only that, the scandisc keeps freezing so that I've had to push reset more times than I can count!

can someone tell me wtf is wrong with my compyuter? I once had this happen, and had to send Jenova to be fixed since I had no idea what was wrong. Do I have to re-install Windows or what?

    :(

This is enough to drive a girl to

Edit: Also, forgot to add: Themouse cursor has disappeared completely. Can't even use numpad to operate :/

That sounds like a re-install of Windows is in order.
How did you even log in to the computer?

I would save them to a floppy while you still can.

Hey listen, get a-hold of a "Quick tech Pro 2003" floppy and boot to it. Run a hardware test!

What were you doing before it first happened? You might want to try a System Restore to a date before this started happening. :rolling:

It suddenly died on me :(

Now, I am re-installing Windows... and lacking the registration key, since I conviniently misplaced the hardcopy when I moved :(

(Long story... one of the idiots I lived with scratched the sticker off....)

I will hopefully get one this afternoon when I call the place that I originally bought mine from... I cvalled once and they said that Id get one around three P.M. if all goes well.

    :bang:

Edit: Got the key, re-install complete, had a minor Helldesk situation with the ethernet catrd but other than that... it's all just fine :D ------------
