Clocktower Minogon

    You know the second challenge in the Clocktower Eltoora gives you...beat that Minogon (sp?), I can't beat him! Argh! My dude is a level 5 Elven Sorcerer with Linu. Also I don't quite get the Wand thingy...I think it means the order of using the wands. Right? Err...argh...need help...*thump, faints*

    The problem with Minogons (I found them even tough at level-10 when I met them in the creator dungeon) is their stun effect. You hacve to make a sucessfull will-save to survive that blow.
    That might be a little hard on level-5. But there should be an amulet of will around, giving you 3 on your will-save.

    When she gave you the first quest, she told you to remember the order. It's clay, water, fog and wood. Use the wands in that order, earth, water, air, fire. Also remember that she told you if you wanted to take others into the tower you would have to control them. If you can't keep them from attacking leave them behind and enter by yourself.

    Right...Thanks Capt., but what does that do? Doing it in order...yeah...but it's not really likely that the Minogorgan thingy will fall to a colour spray and a burning hand...

    Ah well...I'll try. YEEEEEEEEEAH!

    Heh, I beat the thing myself using my mage. Tough, but I did it. ;)

    Of course, I used the three offensive wands on the construct, but didn't see any sense in using Stoneskin on it, so I used it on myself. If only I had known ALL of them should be used on the minogon... And then just talk to it. :heh:
