I see back in May 2003 this Mod was not recommended, but that it was also being re-released.

I can't find out anything about it as TeamBG are down (and they still haven't sent me the CD I've paid for!) but 2 files are available on iegmc.mirror, vis: CtB_CoreFiles.exe & CtB_v148_GameFiles.exe.

This is a 200MB download tho'.

Can anyone tell me what it is about, and if they'd recommend it?

    Thanks

CTB has moved here for the moment:

    http://www.forgottenwars.net/ctb/checkthebodies.htm

This version should be almost bug free so it does work, from what i read in the TeamBG forums one complaint was about the tutorials in Candlekeep about being too tedious but aside from that there has been in general positive feedback (I myself wouldn't know since I haven't played it yet)

My only problem with CTB is the compatibility to other weidu mods (especially the smaller variety kind) since I haven't had much success in installing it with them (CTB might be more compatible to the Big Picture)

I've played it. Unless you like doing stuipid things, such as going from the 2ed to the top level of CK, all the way back down to the stables, spend five minutes milking the ****** cows (you have to sleep like five times in order to finsh milking them!), I doubt you'd like it.

Other than the irritating Candlekeep bit, which can be skipped by manipulating variables, it's a very good mod.

I had to skip it... Too much of a head ache... I didn't care much for the towns, either. But there were some sweet items, granted.
