    Is it true that a high charisma will stop party members from attacking each other? I've heard people say yes and no... Does anyone know for sure?

    Answer=no
    I'm sure of this, because, my main char is always equipped with the ring of Human Influence(SP?) which rise the charisma to 18, and yet, Edwin will still anger Minsc enough to make Minsc attack him and Keldorn will still find the urge to kill Viconia all of sudden. When such things happen, you can only have two choices 1) Help the npc that you like, so that he or she will live, any maybe rejoin you(never tried) or 2) reload the game from just a few moment ago(works most of the time). Of course, choice 1 is role-play, but choice 2 is cheesy.

    High PC charisma helps party members avoid morale failure (basically the same thing as fear, but it is a result of too much damage as opposed to a spell). I think high CHA also buys you more time before NPC’s such as Nalia start complaining that you’re not doing their quests and leave. As Skywind said, high CHA doesn’t avoid NPC conflict.

    1.IIRC, the price of items, reputation also does this
    2.people don't start complaining about their quests not being completed or started
    3.people don't get in a panic mode and start to run all around like chickens that just got their heads cut off!!!!! :lol:
